Global Seminars, the Sound of Music, and Surfing...

I spent a fair share of time in Austria during my time at the Salzburg Global Seminars and was lucky enough to go back as a visitor in the last few years. Austria is the first country I visited internationally on my own, and will always hold a special place in my heart. As will visiting Germany throughout that time and walking through Munich just to see people surf.
